When did you join our server?: I joined this version of PoliceRP on 01/30/2020. But, I originally joined a Fusion Network Server back in 2017/18 version of PoliceRP.

Give me an example of RDM:
Random Deathmatch or the abbreviated version “RDM”. RDM is when you don’t have a valid reason to kill another player. (ex. A Citizen walks up to a Gun Dealer without any type of background situation and kills him.)

What is Metagaming?: Metagame is when you gain information from an out of character source, and use that information in character for an advantage. (ex. A Citizen informs a Gun Dealer out of character that someone is coming to raid them. Then the Gun Dealer uses that information to his advantage.)

What are some of your strengths and weaknesses?: My important strengths are that I'm able to keep calm and collective in a stressful situation. Another strength is I'm professional and I also have good leadership skills. Honestly, I could write page after page on my strengths and weaknesses. No one is perfect in my perspective.

Staff Manager for DracoDynasty -
This position was one of my more important achievements. I applied for the position of trainee, I then climbed through the ranks. Before I knew it I reached the position of Community Director with the support of Management Members and Staff Members. I showed the Owner’s what I’m capable of when it comes to management.

Staff-In-Training for StatewideRP - This wasn't a Garry's Mod Community, it was a FiveM Community. The Community was whitelisted, so it wasn’t the easiest to get into the Community. I’m adding this Community because this is really where my leadership, professionalism, and management skills took a turn for the good. In my perspective, this position is one of my best achievements that happened to me.

Senior Staff for WesternstateRP - This also wasn't a Garry's Mod Community, it was a FiveM Community. It was also whitelisted, so it wasn’t the easiest to get into the Community. After I gained my nine months of service in StatewideRP I resigned and came to WesterstateRP. This community is really where I applied all the information that I gained from StatewideRP.

Notes: I have much more staff experience. But, I just wanted to put the server that are important to me.

Why do you want to join the staff team? (100+ words):
It's been around a month since I’ve been a staff member in a Community. I’m looking to become staff again so I can expand my knowledge in staffing Communities. I enjoyed assisting people with problems that they couldn’t figure out how to fix. I'm interested in becoming staff on Fusion Network because the last time I played on a Fusion Network Server I didn't put effort into the server. But this time I want to change that and put effort into the Community by becoming staff and assisting individuals that need help. Finally, I want to do more than just roleplay, I want to enforce the Rules & Regulations.

How will you benefit the staff team?: My major benefit is my knowledge on how to operate as a staff member and also a management member. Over my time being a staff member, I’ve been told I’m a very active staff member within servers. Finally, my ability to be calm and collective in a stressful situation also my leadership skills.

You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation?: I would split the sit into two parties: the individuals that are getting reported and the individuals that are making the report. I would then request another staff member to assist me with getting statements and video/imagine proof. If the individuals in either party continue to be toxic I’ll give them one warning, after that, I’ll gag and mute them if they continue to be toxic. But, when I need to get his statement I’ll then ungag and unmute. I’ll keep him ungaged and unmuted, but if he continues to be toxic I’ll gag and mute him until the sit is over or if I have any more questions for him. Finally, I would review the evidence with the other staff member and we will get the results of the sit.

There is a player abusing a known bug, and he has been reported to staff. He swears he followed the server rules when you talk with him. What's the best way to handle this?: I would first bring the individual who reported him and ask for video/imagine proof. If he can’t provide evidence I’ll check logs and the client developer console. I’ll then spectate the individual that got reported that a bit. If I don’t have access to spectate I’ll then report the individual to a higher-up.
